PRODUCT DELIVERY
COQUET S.R.L. products may be purchased online from any country in the world. Each product is unique and is manufactured in accordance with our clients’ preferences.
Therefore you should foresee that 10 days will be required to manufacture them.
Delivery will be made by FEDEX, and it is estimated that it will take 5 working days for the product to arrive to any destination worldwide.
Our prices do not include delivery cost, which must be calculated on the basis of country of destination and the selected product.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmatory e-mail from COQUET S.R.L. with a detail of your purchase.
Upon delivery, we shall let you have the corresponding Tracking number, so that you may follow-up your purchase order all along the way on the FEDEX page.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE:
Should the customer consider that the merchandise does not meet his/her expectations, he/she will be entitled to receive reimbursement for the cost of the product,
less delivery expenses. To this effect, the customer should contact us before 48 hours have elapsed from the receipt of the merchandise.
In order that we may accept a product change or return, both the product and the packing must be in perfect condition and its original content complete.
The returned shipment should also include a copy of the corresponding invoice. Once the unwanted product is returned, COQUET S.R.L. will proceed to reimburse the total
amount paid by the client at the moment of the original purchase *.
*The client will cover the delivery costs of the unwanted merchandise.
The merchandise must be unused and in the same state and condition as when it was originally purchased.
